Mad River Paddle Co. is a paddling rental, sales, and instruction shop operating from The Mad Shak at 1022 Madawaska St. in Calabogie, Ontario, in the Ottawa Valley. The business rents solo and tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, 16-foot canoes, and an eight-person MEGLADON paddleboard, with delivery to Burnstown, White Lake, and the surrounding Calabogie area for $20. Private, semi-private, and group lessons cover paddleboard, kayak, and SUP yoga with a guest coach, and a weekly Thursday Night Paddle visits a different location each week.
