Opened in 2018 on land owned by John and Angela since 1998, the property runs on bifacial solar panels and battery storage as a net-zero facility and won the 2022 Camper's Choice award for best comfort station. Accommodation is military-grade canvas safari tents on raised wooden platforms, ranging from a small tent for 4 to a group section for 24, plus tiny homes and full-property buyouts up to 112 guests. Free trail- and beach-accessible wheelchairs, a 24/7 on-call phone line, and a Quartermaster Shack rental app round out the setup. The operating season runs from early June to mid-October.
