The brief.

Rising Tide Fishing Charters runs private guided trips on Lake Huron from Oliphant Marina on Ontario's Bruce Peninsula. The operation focuses on two seasonal products: catch-and-release smallmouth bass in the bays around Oliphant through the summer, and catch-and-keep King and Coho salmon in deeper water along the peninsula in late spring. Charters run on a 2025 Lund Impact XS with a 200 hp Mercury, dual Lowrance HDS 12 graphs, Live-Scope sonar, and a Lowrance Ghost trolling motor; tournament-grade rods and tackle are pre-rigged by the captain. Trips are private to the booking group (1–4 anglers). The captain team includes Colton Tompkins (President), a former FLW Costa Series competitor, and Captain Loon (COO), a third-generation Great Lakes angler.

    Guided catch-and-keep trip for King Salmon and Coho Salmon in 40–210 ft of water around the Bruce Peninsula. Morning or evening slots on the 2025 Lund with Lowrance Live-Scope electronics and captain-rigged tournament tackle. Trout, walleye, and whitefish also targeted.
