The brief.

Napanee River Tours has been cruising the Napanee River since 2021, operating from the dock at 22 Water Street West in downtown Napanee, Ontario. The vessel, The Norman Paul, is a purpose-built 45-foot pontoon licensed for 48 passengers and crewed by a master pilot and first mate. The boat includes a fully accessible washroom and accommodates wheelchairs and walkers. Public cruises run 16 kilometres round trip to the entrance of Mohawk Bay, with a fully licensed bar and food available for purchase. Programming spans live music nights, Indigenous drumming circles, history cruises with author Rick Revelle, sunset specialty cruises, and private charters for weddings and events.
