The brief.
Anstruther Lake Marina is a family-owned marina in Apsley, Ontario, operated by Mark and Lee since 2011 on a waterfront site that has run as a slip-and-storage marina since the 1960s. It is the only marina situated directly on Anstruther Lake in North Kawartha Township, and the rental fleet is built for full-day flatwater paddling on the lake: single-seat Paluski kayaks, 2-person Paluski Fastwater canoes, polyethylene paddleboards, and Floater Mat water mats, all supplied with paddles, PFDs, and safety kits. The marina also rents pontoons and bowriders to licensed adult operators, runs a service and dealer operation across two locations in Apsley, and operates a seasonal licensed waterfront restaurant when conditions allow.
