Action Fishing Adventures is an owner-operated salmon and trout fishing charter on Georgian Bay, departing from Georgian Shores Marina at 95 24th Street West in Owen Sound — about 30 minutes north of Wiarton and the gateway to the Bruce Peninsula. The charter has been running salmon trips on Georgian Bay for 35+ years on a 40-foot vessel with live wells, dead wells, and Transport Canada–approved safety equipment. Trips run from April through November, with target species rotating month by month: spring Chinook Salmon, June Trophy Lake Trout up to 20 pounds, mature King Salmon through July and August, and fall Rainbow Trout into October and November. All tackle is included; customers bring only an Ontario fishing licence. The operator's defining commitment is a fish guarantee — no fish on a 5-hour trip and the next charter is half price.
